Welcome to RealtorX at realtorx.pro. These terms govern use of services, informational products, and goods offered by RealtorX. By accessing or using any offering, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Services include contract reviews, agreement templates, and guidance on complex deals. Appointments are scheduled upon payment of fees. Fees vary by service and are listed at realtorx.pro.

1.1 Scheduling and Fees

1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule at no extra fee if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late notices may incur additional charges.

1.3 Refund Policy

Service payments are eligible for a refund only if the service has not commenced within the agreed timeline. To request a refund, submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original purchase channel within 14 business days. Completed services or delivered drafts do not qualify for a refund due to the allocation of professional resources.

2. Informational Products

Digital offerings consist of downloadable guides and template packages sold as files.

2.1 Delivery

Access is granted immediately after purchase via email link.

2.2 Refund Policy

No refund is available once the digital file has been fully accessed. If a file is defective, contact us within seven days of delivery to request a replacement file or a refund.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed forms and manuals.

3.1 Shipping

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the client. Shipping times vary by location.

3.2 Refund Policy

Defective goods may be sent back within 15 days of receipt for inspection. To initiate this process, contact us via our contact form. Upon confirmation of a defect, a refund will be issued or a replacement item will be shipped at no extra charge. Clients are responsible for arranging shipment of approved goods back to the address above. Non defective items may be exchanged for store credit only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials are owned by RealtorX. No portion may be reproduced without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

RealtorX provides services and products on an as is basis. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected offering. In no event shall RealtorX be liable for special or indirect damages.
